Project Date 2021

For this project, my idea was to create a poster series inspired by Lady Gaga and her latest album, Chromatica. I chose this concept because I’m genuinely interested in Lady Gaga and her music—she’s a unique and fierce artist who constantly pushes creative boundaries. I’m especially drawn to the futuristic, otherworldly theme of Chromatica, which allows me to be imaginative and open-minded in my design approach. Creating a poster series around this album allows me to explore bold visual ideas and fully tap into my creative potential. In my final outcomes, I’ve used bright, bold colours to reflect the energetic and vibrant atmosphere of the album, as well as to capture Lady Gaga’s fearless and expressive personality. I experimented in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator creating different shapes and experimentation with saturation of the designs to make sure Gaga’s presence is the main feature of these poster designs.
