For this project, I decided to create a zine focused on body image and dysmorphia because I believe it's a deeply important issue today. In a world where people are constantly concerned with how they appear online and how others perceive them, the pressure to look perfect can have serious effects on mental health. I’ve noticed this in my own life—there are times when social media makes me question how I see myself. I made this zine to explore these struggles and hopefully open up conversations around self-image, perception, and the impact of digital culture. I used a lot of photo manipulation effects using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign to create this zine.
